Easy Socks on Double Point Needles



Hand knit socks are the best!  Especially when you use worsted weight yarn and size US 5 DPN's. 

In this class we are going old school and using double point needles, Fair Isle self striping yarn and the Iowa Crew/Cruise Sock pattern from Cottage Creations.  This sock pattern is a simple basic sock that begins at the top cuff and continues with a simple heel, gusset and toe decreases ending with the Kitchner Stitch (grafting the toe).


Skill Level: Intermediate
Skill Details: must know how to knit, purl, increase and decrease. You will learn how to join stitches and knit in the round
Requirements: 1 Skein of Fair Isle Yarn, US 5/6 DPN's and pattern purchase from Fun with Sticks and Strings
