Crochet Basketweave Pillow
In this class, students will create a pillow using the basketweave pattern.
This will involve double crochet worked in the front and back post of the stitches. Because the stitches are worked in the posts of the double crochet, the material will be a bit denser and compact, but blocking will stretch it out for a beautiful effect.
While this class will create a pillow, this technique can be used for a variety of material including Afghans, sweaters, scarfs....really anything.
Students must be comfortable working in double crochet and reading patterns.
