 Hello Yarnies!What a week here in Mid-Michigan! Lots of reasons to stay inside and play with fiber. I hope that you all have surrived the craziness. I have read several articles lately about the benifits of knitting or crocheting. I love this! They say you can see the following ways your body and brain react to this wonderful hobbie. Your shoulders will relax, your thoughts can wander to lovely memories and family and friends and you feel a sence accomplishment. Calming!My new journey of "re-learning" to knit is going well. I have a scarf and a sock on my needles and am able to knit slowly, but its a great start.
Because I need some excitment There will be a Christmas in July sale on Friday, July 24th and Saturday July 25th. I have opened the vault and will be sharing my stash of wonderful yarns with all of you. There will be "Grab Bags" of various weights and quantities to choose from.There may even be other Items on sale, fun giveaways and treats. So mark the dates on your calendar, grab a few friends and head on over to see what is happening at Fun with Sticks and Strings.
The H+H America trade show was a great success and new items have arriving at the shop faster than I anticipated.
