Shipping and Policies

Shipping - Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 days.  If there are questions or problems with your order Fun with Sticks and Strings will contact you via e-mail to resolve.

Policies- Returns on Regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt will be refunded via Fun with Sticks and Strings Gift Card to be used on future orders.

NO Refunds on Sale/Clearance merchandise, books, patterns and needles.
