The Sophie Hood was so much fun to knit!  The hood doesn't fit your head a tight as a hat but the long scarf snuggles it up as tight as you want while keeping your head and neck cozy.  The i-cord edging that is applied as you knit set off the edge of the project nicely.  The pattern can be found on Ravelry.com and the designer is PetiteKnit

Yes, I did it!  I knit an Emotional Support Chicken!! Not only did I knit one but Deborah crocheted one too.
They were loads of fun and have been enjoyed by everyone that stops by.  I think everyone should knit something whimsical every now and again.

Mitered Squares are a Blast to knit!  Making them into a Blankie is the best.
Bits of fingering weight yarns create each square and building on the previous square
make the project grow.  It's very addicting!

The Silestone Cowl is knit with Rikka one of Noro's newest additions to their line.  This Alpaca and Wool blend feels great and softens as you knit with it and even more after you give it a soak. This Entralac pattern is fun to knit and Noro color changing yarns add to the charm.

The Kikka Vest from Berroco and knit with Dash was a fun knit!  Using US13 and bulky yarn.  Kikka knit up fast and the yarn was delightful, soft and light feeling and made a beautiful fabric. There are several colors to choose from.
The 27 Color Snood (designed by Bobbi Intveld) using four skeins of Woolstok Worsted and one 27 color bundle creates this fun and very functional knitted accessory!  There are several color options for the main color, pattern model used #1300 Cast Iron, I used #1305 October Sky and Gwen used #1312 Driftwood.  But don't stop there, we have lots of other color in the shop.  I highly recommend this project!

Sabrina is participating in the Spring knit-a-long with Blue Sky Fibers April 1 - June 30
The Seven Sisters Top is knit with Printed Organic Cotton on a US 10 & 8 so it is progressing quickly.
This top has been fun to knit. This Organic Cotton is super soft and I can't wait to get it finished.
